Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing an order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping Charges: If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery Estimates: Shipping times range from 7 to 12 business days after processing, depending on outside factors and the efficiency of the local delivery service. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

- Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1–3 days.

- Tracking: You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia. For international shipping outside these areas, please contact us at noovahelp@gmail.com for inquiries and possible arrangements.

 

Damages

Noova is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the Shipping Protection item is not applied to the order.

If you received your order damaged without applying the Shipping Protection, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
